Now, I'm not sure if this is exact, but it worked for me twice. Baiscally, you have to consecutively buy kinda expensive for some electronics at the Home Entertainment Superstore. This is what I bought and the prices.

Camera on a Stand-25k
Video Game Console-18k
55" Plasma Screen TV(two)-20k each
Elite Systems 6700-17.5k
Sendai Mobile Workstation(two)-18k each.

And then it will say that you qualified for the rewards program. Click the glass doors. Join vintage or abstract, and each week the HES will offer a new item for sale. This week it was glowing platform for 20k. Also you'll get a membership card. I donn't think it'll work anymore if you sell it or mail it, so each should earn their own. Hope this helped!
